Golden Flax-N-Soy Bread

(Rich, moist, and delicious)

7/8 cup water (lukewarm)

2 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons molasses

1-teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon liquid lecithin

2 tablespoons milled flax seed

1 tablespoon Vital Gluten

1 ¼ cups all purpose flour

1 cup whole-wheat flour

1/4 cup soy flour

1-1½ tablespoons non-fat dry milk

1-1/2 teaspoon dry yeast

Put the ingredients in the inner pan in the order listed. Or place them in reverse order if the manual for your bread machine specifies dry ingredients first and liquids last. Select basic cycle (3 hour setting) with a light color setting. Yield: 1-1/2 pound loaf.
